MAY 30, 2006 - A Very Practical But Vastly Important Multi-purpose Road Built Successfully with EarthZyme in Türkiye
In many countries roads serve a multitude of purposes and this highly acclaimed sustainable road built with EarthZyme is a prime example of this. It is a rural road used by the country residents to travel to nearby villages, it is subjected to very severe climatic elements so it has to be hard and durable, it is next to agricultural crops so it must be environmentally friendly to protect the produce and grain that is grown in close proximity and it must be a protective deterent to the planting of land mines and explosive devices. This "Korukcu Village Road" constructed with EarthZyme in the Bismil District with the approval of Diyarbakir Governorship of Türkiye met and exceeded all these challenges.
Widespread village road improvement has been implemented by the Türkiye government and in a project known as KOYDES, EarthZyme has had great proven results. In the Southeastern part of the country, many soldiers and civilians lost their lives due to the ease of planting land mines in soil roads. On May 30, 2006, EarthZyme was used by the Bismil District to construct and improve Korukcu Village Road. All Government officials and local residents were very impressed with the result. Due to the threat of land mines the road had been a concern but now the road has been stabilized with EarthZyme and the threat has been eliminated due to the strengthening effect of the product. While easing the minds of the users of the road, the local farmers and the military, EarthZyme has also proven itself to be a very economical alternative for road building practices in the area and has become the preferred product for soil stabilization throughout Türkiye.
